Newcastle United are strongly considering the sack of manager Eddie Howe and are looking to replace him with Girona’s Michel Sanchez.
Michel Sanchez is leading Girona to a club record all time as they look to battle winning the Spanish La Liga. Girona are currently tied at same point with Real Madrid and has high hopes of winning the league.
Eddie Howe had a splendid time as Newcastle United coach last summer, leading them to their first Champions League qualification in over 20 years.
However, the tactician is experiencing a turnaround of things as The Magpies has struggled to be consistent with their form. They’ve seen themselves knocked out of all European competitions and are also struggling mid table in the Premier League.
A new coach is being considered by the club’s Arab owners and Michel Sanchez looks to be the favourite. Sanchez is however concentrated on his works with Girona and unwilling to listen to any interest on him.
