Japanese Ice Cream company, Cellato have made the world most expensive Ice Cream “Byakuya” and slammed it with an unbelievable price tag and have gotten itself in the Guinness World Records.
The ingredients used to make this Ice Cream varies from the ingredient used in making the everyday Ice Cream. The Ice Cream is said to have a more better taste than any other Ice Cream.
Price of “Byakuya,” world most expensive Ice Cream
The Japanese luxury Ice Cream “Byakuya” costs 873,400 Japanese yen, an approximate $6,700.

Some of the ingredients used in making Byakuya includes, gold leaf, white truffle natural cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano and sake lees.
According to the makers of these ice cream, the cost of Byakuya is hiked because of the ingredient used in making it. A combination of Japanese and European ingredient were used. White truffle grown in Alba, Italy, priced at 2 million Japanese yen (approximately; $15,200) per kg.
Asides it’s great taste, Byakuya also posessess great fragrance that builds comfort while enjoying it.
