The Brazil national team have worn a black kit for the first time in their history, a deal that isn’t too surprising to many.
Here are the reasons Brazil wore a black jersey against Guinea;
1. Brazilian players are one of the most racially abused players in football
2. Vinicius Jr racism incident against Valencia
3. To create more awareness of the negative effect of racism
4. To match their new slogan: ‘with racism, there is no game.’

Vinicius Jr recent incident with Valencia blew up the need to create more awareness in the rising state of racism in football.
With many pledging solidarity to the fight against racism, FIFA have also taken a step of creating an anti-racism committee and making Vinicius Jr the head of this committee.
