He has already picked up a yellow card in the first half for a crunching challenge on Foden, otherwise he did little wrong.

Foden burst through the flanks before sending in a cross that evaded everyone. The stray ball found Bernardo Silva who played in Debruyne, with the Belgian just inside. He bundled to Haaland to tuck home few minutes to the hour mark.

The goal spoils all the hard work that Tottenham did in the first half to keep City at bay and room to attack themselves.
