Chelsea would have won the league if Reece James and Ben Chilwell never got injured – Fan

A Chelsea fan has stated that Chelsea would have won the English Premier League of both left wing-back and right wing-back didn’t get injured.

Chelsea’s left wing-back, Ben Chilwell suffered a severe ligament injury and was ruled out till the end of the season. Chilwell had to undergo multiple surgeries and is currently walking through the aid of crotches.

Few weeks after Ben Chilwell got injured, Reece James was forced out of after getting a knock in the 1 – 1 draw against Brighton on December 29th.

Reece James is expected to be back soon and would be available for Chelsea’s Champions League and World Club Cup matches in the coming month.

Reece is said to have started personal training in Cobham as Chelsea is still out searching for a polished left wing-back who can stand-in for Ben Chilwell.

Since their absent, Chelsea has struggled to keep up with their form, conceding goals more often than they usually do.

A Chelsea fan with the twitter username @TuchelBall has a concrete believe that if both Ben Chilwell and Reece James didn’t pick up an injury, Chelsea would have comfortably won the Premier League.

The Chances of Chelsea winning the league is very low after weeks of struggling to win, and are 10 points behind league leaders, Manchester City who has an outstanding game yet to be played.
