Dani Alves’ ex partner was at his house in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona to visit him after his release on Monday.
Dani Alves was arrested in January of 2023 for sexually assaulting a woman at a night club in New Year’s Eve, 2022.
The former Barcelona star was accused of raping a 23 year old after luring her to the bathroom of a night club in Barcelona.
His wife, Joana Sanz, announced she has split from the former Barcelona full back following the ensuing legal proceedings.
She posted a picture of a handwritten letter on Instagram stating that she was closing “a stage of my life that began on 18/5/15”.
Dani Alves released from prison
Dani Alves paid the stipulated €1 million bail money and has been released on temporary basis. However, his passport has been confiscated according to reports. The former Brazil international is mandated to appear in court every week until a final sentence is passed.

As per football espana, Dani Alves’ ex partner, Sanz, was at his house along with the Brazil international.
“A while ago we witnessed how a delivery man arrived at Dani Alves’ house with an order for Joana’s name. At the time it seemed strange to us, but we thought that since the player had his accounts cancelled, he would have placed a home order with his wife’s account. However, we have asked and to our surprise we have been assured by sources close to Joana, that she is inside the house right now with Dani Alves.”
