Rute Cardoso, the wife of Liverpool’s forward Rute Cardoso has accused the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) of rigging Liverpool’s match against Tottenham.

Liverpool endured a poor VAR performance that saw a goal by Luis Diaz cancelled. Aside their cancelled goal, two Liverpool players were sent out after being shown the red card.

Firstly, it was Curtis Jones who saw the red card in the first half after his challenge on Bissouma. Diogo Jota got a double yellow and then a red after tripping Destiny Udogie twice.

PGMOL apologized for their error after the match. Their apology was however not enough for most fans and players of Liverpool.

Moments after their apology, Jota’s wife, Rute Cardoso posted PGMOL statement on her SM and captioned it “rigged game.”
