Newcastle 15 matches unbeaten, Eddie Howe creates new Premier League record

Newcastle United tied in a goalless draw against Crystal Palace, creating a new record for Eddie Howe amongst English managers in the Premier League.

Newcastle United has a record run of 15 games unbeaten this season in the Premier League. Newcastle are currently sitting at the third position on the Premier League table, only behind Arsenal and Manchester City who are first and second on the table.

Eddie Howe record

The Magpies draw with Crystal Palace took the team to a 15 match unbeaten streak, making Eddie Howe the first ever English manager to achieve this feat in the Premier League.

The former record holder was former Newcastle boss, Alan Pardew, who amassed 14 games unbeaten between May and November 2011, Manchester City former manager Stuart Pearce went up to 13 games without loss between April and September 2005.
