Chelsea made sure to bring in Enzo Fernandez at all cost on transfer deadline day and in addition to his big money move, has a big salary.
In what came out to be the most dramatic deadline day transfer, Chelsea agreed a fee of €120 million for the Argentine World Cup winner after refusing to take Rui Costa (Benfica President) ‘no’ for an answer.
The deal completed with less than one hour left for the January transfer window to elapse. Erupting a long-waited joy amongst Chelsea fans.
The 22-year-old has now overtaken Manchester City’s Jack Grealish to the be most expensive player in the Premier League.

As reported by renowned transfer journalist, Fabrizio Romano, Enzo Fernandez signed a eight and half year deal with a salary of £315,000 a week.
His salary makes him the second highest earner a Chelsea only behind Raheem Sterling and just above Kalidou Koulibaly.
