Erik Ten Haag walked out of his post match press conference after United’s 2-2 draw away at Bournemouth today.
Manchester United had to come from behind twice to rescue a point from Bournemouth at the vitality stadium.
Ten Haag’s side have now gone four games without a win, culminating in three draws and that spectacular Chelsea loss.
This draw yet again piles the pressure on the Dutch manager, with his defense letting a total of 21 shots in the match. United have now conceded over 500 shots this season, the most in a season since the 2003/2004 season.
Manchester United are now 10 points adrift of Tottenham and Villa in the race for Champion’s League football next season.

The interviewer asked about the possibility of United finishing below their current position in seventh.
“Erik, there is a danger you get caught in seventh place, if you fall below [seventh], that would be the worst finish in Premier League history for Manchester United. Do you think you are going to be above..”
Ten Haag did not wait for the reporter to complete his question before cutting him off and replying in the middle of walking away. He said:
“I don’t comment. I don’t take that question, it’s not important for this moment.”
Ten Haag’s uncertain future at Manchester United
Ten Haag’s future at Manchester United is uncertain, even more so as results have dipped lately. They have managed just one win in their last five games, including that incredible FA cup win over Liverpool.
Despite Ten Haag claiming the underlying numbers don’t matter except the results, the results haven’t been much to look at.
It’s not only the results that have dipped, the performances have been dire. They are conceding way too many shots, with only three teams having faced more shots that United.
