Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has broken a new club record at Manchester United after leading team to a 3-0 win against Charlton Athletic in the Carabao Cup.
Manchester United hosted League one side, Charlton Athletic at the Old Trafford as they went head-to-head in the EFL Cup. Goals from Anthony and Marcus Rashford were enough to see the Red Devils get past the 12th place League One contenders.
The clash was the 27th match which Erik ten Hag has overseen as a Manchester United manager since coming in from Ajax in 2022.

The Dutch tactician had an uneasy start to life at Old Trafford, loosing 2-1 to Graham Potter’s Brighton and 4-0 to Brentford. His strict approach to players has also cause chaos with some players, especially leading to Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract termination from Manchester United.
Erik ten Hag is looking to build Manchester United to the standard it was during the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson. Manchester United are now in the Semifinals of the Carabao Cup. They’ve failed to lift a trophy since Jose Mourinho led the team to Europa League victory in 2017.
