AC Milan striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has blast Cristiano Ronaldo while using an abstract comparison with Lionel Messi.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is known for his controversial statements regarding any player who sits or doesn’t sits right with him.
The comparison between Messi and Ronaldo is unarguably the most common argument in football and the duo long-term rivalry stirs it up.
Portuguese Criticize Ronaldo
Portuguese media blasted Cristiano Ronaldo after the 5 time Ballon d’OR winner produced an awful performance against Spain in the UEFA Nations League.
The media said the time of Ronaldo is now far gone as the striker is not as good as he used to be and it’s time for him to step down and allow other players come in.
With the phrase “No Ronaldo, More Portugal” the Portuguese media slammed the Manchester United striker.
Ronaldo’s sister attack Portuguese critics
Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister, has called those criticizing her brother, cheap and petty. The lady blasted Portuguese saying they are not grateful for what his brother has done for them.
“The Portuguese are sick, petty, soulless, stupid, ungrateful and forever ungrateful. Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world.”
These is not the first time Katia Aveiro will be defending her brother, the lady also attacked Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez after he said he can’t resign Ronaldo cause he’s too old.
Ibrahimovic blast Ronaldo
Reacting to Ronaldo’s sister, Katia Aveiro defending his brother, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has called out the Manchester United player.
With a statement which compares Ronaldo to seven time Ballon d’OR winner, Lionel Messi, Ibrahimovic said the only thing Ronaldo has over Messi is height and age.
The Swedish legend also said Messi doesn’t need his sister’s Instagram handle to always defend him like Ronaldo does.
“Lionel Messi doesn’t need his sister’s Instagram handles to defend him like Cristiano Ronaldo. The only thing Cristiano has over Messi is Height and age.”
