Ines Rau entered the record books after becoming the first transgender model to feature for Playboy Magazine. After which she made a post speaking up for nudity.
“Nudity shouldn’t be taboo. Nudity means a lot to me since I went through a transition to get where I want to be. Nudity is a celebration of the human being without all the excess. It’s not about sexuality but the beauty of the human body, whether male or female”, stating how much nudity means to her.
Ines Rau wasn’t born a female. She went under the surgical knife to look like ladies, drawing inspiration from actress Caroline Cossey who was her idol. Caroline Cossey born male, went under the knife to become a female in 1991. She also authored a book “I Am A Woman” which was Ines Rau biggest inspiration.
It took Ines Rau eight years to reveal she was a transgender after fear of being rejected by her pairs.
“I was like, You know, you should just be who you are. It’s salvation to speak the truth about yourself, whether it’s your gender, sexuality, or whatever. The people who reject you aren’t worth it. It’s not about being loved by others; it’s about loving yourself”, embracing the identity and the choice she made.
Ines Rau relationship with Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe and Ines Rau are said to have been seeing each other for long but both decided to keep it out of the reach of the media. They reportedly met in Paris where both star lives and nursed their friendship into a relationship.
Both where seen publicly for the first time when Kylian Mbappe vacated in Morocco alongside his teammate, Hakimi. Since then, they’ve been spotted together more often.
Though both are yet to confirm they share anything romantically together, it is believed they were dating.
Mbappe is now reported to have moved on from Ines Rau and now dating an ex female Paris Saint-Germain player, Stephanie Rose Bertram.
