Kylian Mbappe up for sale after snubbing PSG President’s £1 billion proposal

Kylian Mbappe up for sale after snubbing PSG President’s £1 billion proposal

Paris Saint-Germain has considered Kylian Mbappe for sale after he snubbed the £1 billion proposal from the club President to keep him for the next 10 years.

PSG President, Nasser Al-Khelaifi made a public declaration of a 10-year renewal bounty on Kylian Mbappe that would see him pocket £1 billion each year. Mbappe however was mute on the club proposal and it’s believe he’s hell-bent on leaving the club.

It has always being a no-no decision for the club to allow him leave for free in 2024 — with that the club has officially put him up for sale and will accept any bid that suits the player’s status.

Fabrizio Romano reported that Kylian Mbappe has been dropped from the club’s squad that would be traveling to Japan for a preseason tour. Kylian has just scored in a 2-0 defeat in the team’s first preseason game against La Havre.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi had earlier announced that his team can’t afford to loose the best player in the world for free so they are open to letting him go. He also stressed that the team doesn’t need the efforts of the two time world cup finalist to be able to win a Champions League.

Real Madrid has been the most interested in acquiring Kylian Mbappe and would look to place an offer that would trigger PSG to release the 24-year-old who they rate around £180 million.

PSG will look to quicken his departure as they are already out sourcing for a suitable replacement.
