Meet 14-year-old Francesco Camarda who scored 485 goals in 89 matches at AC Milan Academy

A 14-year-old young striker, Francesco Camarda is already writing his name on the World big stage with his performances at youth level.

Young Francesco is already known as a deadly goal poacher at the AC Milan Academy, setting goal records at Academy level that are equivalent to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo goal records at top flight.

The young Italian is already listed as one of the best goalscorers in Italy, with a record of 5.5 goals per game.

Currently in the u15 team of AC Milan Academy, when he was just 8 years old, the youthful striker scored 247 goals in just 40 games for the AC Milan minor team during the 2017–18 season. In the following 31 games of the 2018–19 season, he scored 172 goals.

It is assertained that Camarda scored 64 goals in 16 games in 2019–20, giving him 485 goals overall in 89 games during that three-year span.

To taste his talent, the young lad was promoted to AC Milan u19 for a friendly match. Despite being the youngest on the pitch, Francesco Camarda scored a brace.

An excited AC Milan fan wrote;

“For me, [he is] the most exciting talent in Milan’s youth sector. He’s obviously pretty young, but this boy is a rocket. He went viral because of his great numbers but it’s not just smoke.

“He has everything. He was champion with the u15’s last season and he won the award for best player with U14’s (underage) at a tournament.

“This year he is supposed to play with the u16’s but according to Transfermarkt, he has already played a match with the u17’s.

“From what I’ve seen and read, he’s something brutal. A complete striker with good mentality. He’s done several interviews and has indicated that he models his game on [Karim] Benzema.”

“Maybe I’m exaggerating but, at his age, imho he is the most important talent in Milan’s youth sector in a long time. He has a great journey ahead of him. Let’s hope for a great development and a bit of luck and we’ll see.”
