Barcelona winger, Raphinha has revealed while he rejected a move to Chelsea and instead joined the Catalan club.

Chelsea were at the verge of landing Raphinha from Leeds United before Barcelona snatched the deal and completed the signing of the player.

Terms were agreed between Leeds United and Chelsea, but Raphinha agent who happened to be a former player for both Barcelona and Chelsea, preferred Barcelona for Raphinha.

Without an agreement between player and club, Leeds accepted the offer from Barcelona and Raphinha signed for the Spanish giant.

In a recent interview, the Samba boy revealed why he snubbed Chelsea for Barcelona, saying it was his dream to wear a Barca jersey.

He also revealed he would do his trademark kneel walk if Barcelona wins the Champions League.

He did the kneel walk after helping Leeds to gain promotion from Championship to Premier League.
