5. Karim Benzema: 5 (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022)
Real Madrid’s current captain, Karim Benzema. The Frenchman became the oldest player to accomplish it after scoring back-to-back hat tricks in the Champions League knockout stages of last season. He has competed in all five championship games and has five titles to his name.
