The nightclub in Barcelona where Dani Alves has alleged to has raped a lady, Sutton Club Barcelona has revealed security footage shows the former Barcelona player talking and touching the complainant without consent.

Dani Alves was arrested in Barcelona for allegedly raping a lady in a nightclub in Barcelona. The Brazilian international was taken in a police van to the Catalan police station.

The lady had claimed she was invited alongside her friends to the VIP section of the nightclub by Dani Alves who then started touching her before taking her to the bathroom and raping her violently.

Dani Alves however denied the claims by the lady but was sent to prison after the lady presented medical reports and clothes she wore on the day of the incident to the court.

While the case is still being investigated, Sutton Club has alleged it’s possible Dani Alves raped his victim as security footage from the club showed the right back talking to the lady and also touching her without her consent.

Dani Alves is likely to be battered with a 12 year jail term if found guilty at the during the final court appearance. He’s currently in prison without a bail term.
