Napoli President, Aurelio de Laurentiis has revealed the worth of Victor Osimhen feet while reacting to approaches from Saudi Arabia to sign the goal getter.

Victor Osimhen is ranked as one of the best goal scorers in present day football alongside other prolific goalscorers like Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe. The Nigerian born striker has been on top of his game since announcing himself at the 2015 U17 World Cup in Chile.

With the ongoing Saudi takeover, Victor Osimhen was a target for Al Hilal, with the Saudi top flight team willing to pay as high as €200m for the Napoli striker.

Napoli rejected the offer from Al Hilal in August with the Nigerian not uttering a word in regards to the transfer despite thought of being being tempted for the move because of the huge wages attached to it.

One month after the try by Al Hilal, an email sent by Napoli President, Aurelio de Laurentiis to Al Hilal regarding their interest for Osimhen has surfaced online. Laurentiis broke shamed Al Hilal, saying they can only afford Osimhen’s feet with the €200 offer they made. He also added that their next bid should be up to €500m.

“For €200m, you can only buy Victor’s feet… maybe. Next year I guess you’ll be ready to offer €500m and maybe we will consider your bid.
Again, maybe”.

Osimhen is the reigning top scorer in Italian Serie A and was key in Napoli’s hustle and bustle to their league triumph for the first time in 30years.
