5. Mikel Arteta – 40 years old (Arsenal)

Mikel Arteta is a former player of Arsenal who now manages the team after leaving his position as assistant manager at Manchester City. Arteta is hoping to lead Arsenal to their first Premier League triumph since 2004.

Sporting Lisbon head coach, Ruben Amorim is considered as the youngest coach with the most trophies. He is being eyed by top clubs across Europe.

3. Julian Nagelsmann – 35 years old (Bayern Munich)

He have lead Bayern Munich to defeat top tier teams that includes Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Bayern Munich are strong contenders for the German Bundesliga title.
2. Matthias Jaissle – 34 years old (RB Salzburg)
Matthias Jaissle is the current coach of RB Salzburg. Matthias Jaissle ventured into coaching after knee injury cut short his playing career. He was discovered by former Manchester United coach, Ralf Ragnick, which he said saw the coach in him.
Salzburg are the current leaders of the Austrian Bundesliga, earning 55 points from 22 matches.
