Ukrainian trainer and YouTuber, Vladimir Shmondenko have become the most talked about Powerlifter after clips from his gym activities gained massive attention online. He’s been nicknamed the Anatoly powerlifter.
Meet Vladimir Shmondenko
Vladimir Shmondenko was born in 1999 on a cattle farm next to the tiny village of Krishtopovka. Growing up, he became attracted by American bodybuilder movies.
With effect from the bodybuilding movies, he built his own gym out of bricks, wood, and tractor parts from the Soviet era.
According to The Sun, when Vladimir was 15 year old, he ate seven meals a day consisting of cottage cheese and eggs and was teased by his friends for carrying tubs of oatmeal to school.
Career and Lifestyle
Aside being a powerlifter, Vladimir Shmondenko is also a successful YouTuber. He makes videos of him “pranking” unaware gym patrons on his 1.94 million subscriber strong Russian-language YouTube channel.
The powerlifter typically poses as a janitor or an elderly person wearing muscle-hiding overalls before startling gym patrons by effortlessly lifting enormous weights.
At the 2018 GPA World Championships in Ukraine, he finished third in the Teen 18–19 division.

His personal best for the powerlifter squat is 210 kg.

On Instagram, where she posts pictures of the couple’s lavish existence in Bali and Dubai, she has 68,000 followers and often posts images from the couple’s workouts.
