Restrictive documents were once again leak on the official War Thunder F-117 forums by a player.
According to Wikipedia, this has happened twelve times, the second time in only a few short weeks.
In contrast to the previous incident, where only the offending link was removed, War Thunder destroyed the entire thread.
This time, it’s claimed that a user released sensitive pages from a flight manual that contained information like:
- Sensor location
- Firing angles
- Engine specifications, etc.
Some Twitter users immediately pointed out that the information isn’t classified, but as we discovered in the previous breach a few weeks ago, unclassified doesn’t always equate to freely available. The Eurofighter Typhoon DA7’s technical specifications have recently leaked, however they are off-limits to non-NATO nations.
War Thunder has been made accessible for Windows PC, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S users. All of these platforms run on Steam.
