Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder, Moises Caicedo has rejected a move to Arsenal as he eyes replacing Saudi bound N’golo Kante at Chelsea.
Arsenal have been keen on signing the Ecuadorian since the winter transfer window in January, though strictness from Brighton kept the North London club out.
Arsenal restarted their pursuit for Caicedo in the summer transfer window but the sort after midfielder has turned down their offer, looking at Chelsea to be his preference.
Chelsea lost a key midfielder, N’golo Kante after he agreed to join Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia for a mouthwatering offer and the West London club is looking for a perfect replacement.
On the other hand, Arsenal are close to agreeing a deal with West Ham captain, Declan Rice. The England international is expected to cost around £100 million.
