Chelsea willing to pay over £100m for Jude Bellingham

Chelsea has told Borussia Dortmund they are willing to pay over £100m to bring their 19-year-old midfield maestro, Jude Bellingham to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea with its new management is looking to build one of the best teams in Europe as they go all out to get all the best players they can lay their hands on.

The London team signed a good number of players in the last summer transfer window though they lost some to Spanish giant Barcelona.

Chelsea’s interest in Jude Bellingham

According to Sport Bild, Chelsea has informed the German team, Borussia Dortmund that they are keen and willing to pay over £100m just to make sure they secure the signing of the young midfielder.

Bellingham has been a top target for top teams across Europe. The young player has shown character on different occasions.

Currently regarded as one of the best youth in football, Chelsea would face tough competition with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United amongst others in their quest to sign the Englishman.

Though Bellingham is not rated up to £100m in transfer fee, Chelsea is willing to do more just to chase competitors out.

Bellingham has shown how exceptional he is on the pitch, becoming Gareth Southgate’s first choice of midfield for the Three Lions despite being far younger than his competitors.

He recently became the youngest player in Europe to score in four consecutive Champions League matches. He has been a key player for Dortmund all season.

Jude Bellingham is yet to drop any utterance concerning his future as he’s committed to his contract with Dortmund.
