Chelsea are closing on signing 16-year-old Brazilian wonderkid, Esteva Willian.

Estevao is regarded as one of the fast rising wonderkids from Brazil. He hailed to be a combination of Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho hence he’s nicknamed “Messinho.”

Estevao attracted lots of interest from clubs across Europe including Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, however his high price tag has scare both teams away.

Messinho has a release clause of €45 million. Chelsea are willing to bid €20 million this summer with an extra €20 million in variable. A payment structure that doesn’t sit well with his team, Palmeiras.

Despite his high price tag, Chelsea are still looking at possibilities of bringing the 16-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
