Chelsea to trigger Liverpool with a bid for Mohamed Salah

Chelsea are in to trigger Premier League rival Liverpool with a move for their star player, Mohamed Salah.

Mohamed Salah has just 18 months left in his contract and he’s yet to come to term with the club concerning a new contract.

Chelsea are studying the situation on ground and are ready to place a move for the Egyptian.

Chelsea would face too opposition from other top clubs in Europe, like Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and Real Madrid who are all interested in getting the speedster.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp said last week: “We know, I know, that Mo wants to stay. We want him to stay. This is where we are. These things take time, I can’t change that, sorry! But I think everything is in place.”

However despite Klopp’s words, those close to negotiations say the reality is the opposite: with no progress being made.
